About DISK.PK
A Pakistani data-protection company for businesses that would rather not find out the hard way.
Why we exist
Most businesses in Pakistan do have something they call a backup. Usually it is an external drive on a desk, a copy on a second server in the same room, or a folder that somebody remembers to zip on Fridays. All three fail at exactly the moment they are needed: a fire, a theft, a failed disk, or ransomware that walks straight into every share it can reach.
DISK.PK was built to close that gap without turning it into a six-month IT project. A backup that runs on its own, keeps a copy somewhere your problems cannot follow, and has actually been restored at least once.
How we work
- We look before we quote. A price that ignores what you actually have is a price that changes later.
- We explain in plain language. If we cannot explain why something matters, you should not be paying for it.
- We test restores. A backup nobody has restored is a hope, not a plan. We prove it works with you present.
- We answer in your timezone. When a restore is urgent, a support queue in another hemisphere is not support.
What we will never do
We will never ask you for your password — not by email, not on WhatsApp, not on a phone call. Nobody at DISK.PK needs it, and our own systems are built so that nobody can read it. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from DISK.PK and asks for a password, that is not us. Tell us about it.
We will also never read your data. It is encrypted on your machine before it is sent, and it stays encrypted while we store it.
Talk to us
If you are not sure what you need, that is a normal place to start. Tell us what you would hate to lose, and we will tell you what protecting it involves.
Not sure which plan fits?
Tell us what you need protected — how many machines, how much data, which databases — and we will tell you honestly what it takes.
